The Trust's Integrated Library Service (ILS) was Accredited on Tuesday 6th May under the National HeLicon Library Accreditation Scheme.
The ILS submitted their evidence folder electronically for the first time. The team of three external assessors thought this evidence folder and its content was the best they had seen. It will be posted on the Library Information Health Network Northwest (LIHNN) web site as an example of best practice. The assessors were extremely impressed with the ILS and all the service and innovation being undertaken. As a result the ILS was awarded the highest level of accreditation, a Level 3, under the HeLicon scheme.
