In a nutshell: Research opportunity for a Senior Project Officer / KTP Associate. NHS Ashton, Leigh and Wigan are working collaboratively with UCLAN to evaluate 'Lose Weight Feel Great', the recently launched Community Weight Management Pathway in the Borough (www.lwfg.co.uk). The successful applicant will work with key partners to evaluate the effectiveness of this pathway in increasing the health and well-being of the local population. The applicant will take a lead role in the research and evaluation of this innovative and unique approach to reverse the rising prevalence of obesity. This role is funded for 2 years and presents a rare opportunity to gain responsibility for a high profile project in the NHS.
